The personal information collected through the Platform is the responsibility of the Company, and is subject to Law No. 29733 -Law on the Protection of Personal Data- and other applicable regulations. The purposes for which these data will be used are limited to the processing of purchase orders and communication with the Customer, so that you can quickly address their concerns or provide information about the brand that could be of interest.

INFORMATION COLLECTED ONLINE

Data collected by automatic means

Information collected online includes information that is collected by automated means as well as information that is personal in nature and that is manually entered by the customer.

The data collected automatically during the use of the Platform will be used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information and checking the proper functioning of the virtual store. Some of these include, for example, the pages that the customer displays on the website and information about the type of browser.

Personal data provided by the customer

The Client will have to register his personal data -in case he had not previously created an account- in order to be able to execute his Purchase Order. The personal information to be entered in the register includes their names and surnames, National Identity Document (DNI)/Foreigner’s Card (CE)/Single Taxpayer’s Register (RUC), telephone, address, district and department.

Use of Information Collected Online

The collection of information through the Platform has three main objectives:

  • To process and validate the Purchase Order properly.
  • Establish a timely communication with the Customer to provide the necessary support in the event of any eventuality.

Transmission of information

In order to provide the customer with a secure purchase process, the Company has an agreement with an external provider of online payment services.

The data provided by the customer will be shared with the provider for the exclusive purpose of providing the service, which includes processing payments and validating transactions through an anti-fraud system, in order to minimize the risk of identity theft of cardholders.

When making a payment under the modality of “Payment by Credit Card”, the client authorizes the confidential treatment of the information by the supplier. Personal data, credit card and purchase travel encrypted on the network, thus being protected.

Client Rights

The client, by registering his/her personal data on the Platform, expressly gives his/her consent to the Company so that these data may be used for the purposes described in this policy.

Updating the Privacy Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. However, changes will be made on the basis of the provisions of applicable law and ensuring, above all, the protection of personal data and customer satisfaction.

PAYMENT METHODS

Once the articles of his preference have been added to the Shopping Bag, the client must register his data so that he can make the payment, which can be done in any of these modalities:

  • Payment by Credit/Debit Card.

Payment by Credit/Debit Card

The products offered on this platform are marketed securely. To provide this guarantee to the customer, the Company has an agreement with an external provider of online payment services, with extensive experience and presence in high-growth markets.

The data provided by the customer will be shared with the provider for the exclusive purpose of providing the service, which includes processing payments and validating transactions through an anti-fraud system, in order to minimize the risk of identity theft of cardholders.

By making the payment by this method, the client authorizes the confidential treatment of the information by the provider. Personal data, credit card and purchase travel encrypted on the network, thus being protected.

The credit/debit cards by which payment can be made are:

  • VISA.
  • MasterCard.
  • American Express (AMEX).
  • DINERS CLUB.

Before closing your purchase and having consigned their personal data and shipping, the customer will enter your credit card data, which will be charged the total amount provided by the Platform.

The confirmation of the Purchase Order will be carried out once the corresponding instance verifies that the payment was actually made. To do this, the company has a virtual account, provided by the provider of the payment system, through which you can check in real time, the status of transactions made by the customer.

With the confirmation list, we proceed to start the process of dispatch, from which begins to run the time associated with the mode of delivery (Dispatch via courrier).

If there is any problem with the payment, the customer may contact the company.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

For the shipment of the product to be carried out successfully, in an adequate and timely manner, the customer must provide the correct information at the time of executing the Purchase Order.

The customer shall be solely responsible for the recording of erroneous or incomplete data that leads to improper processing. This could even lead to cancellation of the order if the Company deems it appropriate.

The delivery time of the order is counted from the moment the confirmation of payment of the Purchase Order is validated. The extension of this period will depend on:

  • Delivery address.
  • Form of delivery.

The ANQA online shop offers a delivery method:

  • Courier dispatch

It implies different delivery times. The Platform will communicate to the customer, depending on the district of Lima consigned to the address, the maximum time in working days that it will take the order to arrive at this location (04 working days).

We would appreciate to consider that in season of Holidays ( Patriotic Holidays, Christmas and New Year) or campaigns (Black Friday, Cyber Days, Cyber Monday, Online Sale, Summer Sale), there is the probability of delay of shipment in 03 working days more than usual (04 working days), due to the saturation of orders.

The order must be received by an adult, who will be identified with her Full Name and National Identity Document (DNI) or Alien Registration Card in physical and will sign the receipt charge to prove the conformity of delivery.

The Company will continuously monitor the orders dispatched to ensure that they arrive at their destination in the agreed time. However, delivery may not occur in any of the following situations:

  • The delivery address was not located because the registration of the same in the Platform was carried out in an equivocal or incomplete way.
  • No dwellers were found in the shipping address at the time of delivery.

Once informed of the inconvenience, the Company will contact the Customer via email and / or telephone, to make the rescheduling of the delivery date. The additional costs involved in this reprogramming will be borne by the customer.

Considerations

The Company shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any possible inconvenience that may arise from the provision of delivery services of products provided by external suppliers.

Likewise, in the exceptional event that the products purchased by the Customer do not have available stock, an e-mail will be sent informing the Customer of the situation, leaving the Customer free to cancel the order or make a new one through the Platform.

Changes

The Company’s priority is to offer products of excellent quality and a high level of service. Therefore, the Client is in the power to request a change if he is not satisfied with his purchase. In order to do so, the client must make a formal request via e-mail esanchez@anqa.pe, after being reviewed and approved, he or she may go to the ANQA Boutique indicated to make the respective change.

However, the Company reserves the right to accept or reject any of these applications depending on the particularities of the case being evaluated.

For purposes of this policy, change is understood as a request made by the customer, which aims to change a product for another ANQA brand.

Changes of clothing may be accepted if they exist:

  • Quality problems (responsibility of the company): They include rupture of packaging, rupture of internal food.
  • The customer will have a maximum period of 30 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the order, to submit his request for change via email.esanchez@anqa.pe

This will be viable as long as you make sure the product:

  • Present sales slip/invoice in Physical or Electronic
  • It has been acquired through ANQA E-Commerce platform.
  • It has the original containers and labels.
  • Do not show signs of use or damage.
  • The customer may go to any ANQA Boutique with the product(s) in perfect condition, and will adjust to the policies of the physical store.

The Company will not make any payment in cash or for balances in favor of the client.

Returns

For purposes of this policy, a return is understood to be a request made by the customer to return the product for the amount paid.

No refunds will be accepted.
